Workshop: backgrounds and frames

There might be an occasion where an image might need to tall an alternative narrative and one way this can be done is by adding backgrounds and frames.

A gritty, scratched background merged another photograph can produce a vintage-effect.

A film strip border produces another effect entirely and could perhaps be used for advertising purposes. It’s very reminiscent of 35 mm and 110 film that was produced during my childhood, so it has a very familiar feel to it
